I don't write a lot of letters, but I just had to let you know that you saved my life and I can't thank you enough.

I was cooking dinner one night and I dozed off on the couch. When I woke up, the alarm was going off and there was thick smoke everywhere, so I just tried to get out as fast as I could.

When I came to, the fire department told me that I had collapsed before I made it out. They said that ADT had called them and that's the only reason I was alive. Believe it or not, you guys just put in my system two weeks ago! If it wasn't for you, I never would've made it.

What a pleasure it is to find a company that knows what customer service is and applies it in all the areas needed. Carl Moore is an excellent and honest salesman as well as being a real gentleman. Carl stopped by yesterday to make sure the installation was going well. Very impressive and professional! Keith, the installer, is a very professional, courteous young man as well. You folks obviously screen and train your employees very well. In this day and age it is a pleasure to find a company that knows what they are doing.
